The closest airport to the venue is the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport(PIE). We recommend flying into there for easier transportation for all the guest. Everyone can plan to fly in around noon, January 4th. Check out from the venue will be Monday, January 6th, at 1:00, so have your flight's departure planned accordingly. Or if you wish, you can extend your vacation on your own!

We are so excited to have each of you join us for our wedding weekend! Our venue is doubling as housing for our parents, siblings, and bridal party; if you are one of those guests, you will have housing provided free of charge Saturday afternoon, January 4th through Monday afternoon, January 6th. If you are outside of the immediate family or bridal party, we are excited to have you join us at the house for our ceremony and reception on Sunday January 5th, and we request that you find your own housing accommodations. Clearwater has some beautiful hotels and Airbnb's!

We will officially kick off the weekend with rehearsal at the venue on January 4th, 2025 at 5:30pm with our immediate families and bridal party. If you are a guest staying with us at the house, we are allowed access to the property for setup at 1:00 PM, and we will receive full access to the house around 4:00 PM.

Travel logistics will be at your own discretion, we will be unable to guarantee shuttle service for the weekend. The St. Pete-Clearwater airport is only 9 miles from our venue, so ridesharing (UBER/Lift/etc) may be the best route if you are flying in, as there is only street parking at the house. If you are planning on driving down, you are welcomed to park your vehicle in the street parking at the house, as spots are available!

Yes! There is a driveway and street parking. Absolutely no parking on any grass at the venue, as we do not want to damage their property or sprinkler system.

Rehearsal dress code is come as you are, we understand it will likely be following a travel day for most of our guests, so please be comfortable! The wedding dress code is formal attire.

On average, temperatures will be between 50-70°F , with sunny skies. Daily high temperatures are around 69°F, rarely falling below 58°F or exceeding 79°F. Mornings and evenings are cool, so bring a sweater just in case!
