Hello! Thank you for joining us on our celebratory day. On 10/4/24, Kaare and Cody will privately marry in the mountains overlooking Lake Chelan. The logo (courtesy of Sarah Shearer) on your invite, our website, and swag is the location of the private ceremony, one of Kaare's tattoos, and one of Cody's favorite "secret" viewpoints of the lake.

On 10/5/24 we invite you to celebrate our marriage! Please consider this a destination wedding as we live quite rural in the heart of The Methow Valley in Washington State. We are so excited to share our love of the mountains and our home with you. We have world-class hiking and mountain biking trails near the house and a smaller, private trail network on our property.

While we would love to have your dogs and kids on the day of the wedding, we kindly ask that you only bring those on the invite. We thank you so much in advance for understanding! We do encourage you to bring your kids, dogs, cats, extended family or baby sitters, etc. if you're joining for camping or adventures the week prior (see below for more information) but only those on the invite to the wedding on 10/5/24.

Finally, if you're not planning to camp at the group campground near the house, we HIGHLY suggest you secure your airbnb or other lodging as far in advance as possible. The fall is a popular time to visit The Methow Valley because of the beautiful weather and fall colors.
