The ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue - Legacy Hill Farm in Welch, MN. The address can be found under the "Home" tab.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45 to find your seats. Guests not seated by 4:00 PM will be asked to wait until the ceremony is finished.

Please RSVP by May 7th, 2024. You can RSVP by scanning the QR code on your invite or clicking "RSVP" on the website.

Yes, parking is available on-site with parking attendants. Overnight parking is not allowed so please plan accordingly!

A shuttle will be available to bring guests from Treasure Island to the venue. Times to the venue TBD! check back soon. The shuttle will also be bringing guests back to Treasure Island at 9:30 PM, 10:15 PM, and 11:00 PM. Lyft is also available! We highly encourage guests to use the shuttle or Lyft if you will be drinking.

We would love to celebrate with everyone and understand the importance of sharing this special day with loved ones. Due to limited space and to ensure we can accommodate all our guests, invitations will specify if a plus one is included. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together!

We love your little ones, but in order to keep the event intimate and allow everyone to fully enjoy the celebration, we’re keeping the guest list limited to adults only. Invitations will specify if your children are included. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a fun night out! Thank you for understanding.

We are serving dinner buffet- style. You will be able to choose from butternut squash ravioli with a sage brown butter sauce and free range chicken breast stuffed with whipped goat cheese and bacon, topped with a red pepper cream sauce. Sides include Italian broccoli, strawberry salad, and roasted baby reds.

During dinner, please let the wait staff know if you are Vegan or Gluten Free. Pasta Primavera (GF, VG) is held off the buffet line for you and they can help you. The butternut squash ravioli is Vegetarian. All of the food will have labels to indicate their dietary categories.

There is a room block booked at Treasure Island in Welch, MN which is close to the venue. You are able to call the hotel and ask about booking a room in the "Isle Johnson Block." Room rates vary. Feel free to share rooms! Contact information can be found under the "Accommodations" tab. Please book rooms by May 6th, 2025. If the block is full, please let Kacey or Corbin know. If you wish to stay at another hotel nearby, I have listed a few other options as well under the accommodations tab.

For our wedding, we’re requesting semi-formal attire to help make the day feel extra special. While we want everyone to be comfortable, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing jeans to maintain the elegance of the occasion. We can't wait to see you dressed up and ready to celebrate!
