Our Wedding

<p>Chris and I met in prison....we were both working lol. Chris was on a deployment and working the unit where I worked. One day he approached me and asked for a cup of coffee so we went back to my office and chatted while we made him a cup. Little did I know he didn't even drink coffee and that he gave it to his partner, Chris Tageant, as soon as he got back to his office, it was just his opportunity to get me alone and talk :) Later that same deployment (2 weeks long) I went to my friends office, Joyce Bos, and Chris was there, chatting her up......about me :) Fast forward 2 years and here we are!</p>

The Meeting....

Time to make thing's official

<p>After a few weeks of talking every hour of every day, lot's of dates on the tailgate of his truck and several sunset's at the beach, we decided we liked each other just enough  to make things official on April 10th 2022</p>

Even though I knew it was coming soon Chris surprised me the evening of June 30th 2023 the night before my band was scheduled to perform at the Elks Lodge. He took me for a walk on my families property and stopped under the apple tree that will one day be in our front yard, got down on his knee and pulled out the ring! It was about this time MOM really wanted to tell me something and was hollering across the field for us. Even with two people talking at the same time (thanks mom) I muttered a Holy crap thats huge! and agreed to forever!
