We will be providing shuttle services to Osage House. The shuttle will pick up from 21C Hotel on the Bentonville Square. There will be 2 shuttles running continuously from 21C to Osage House and back starting at 4PM until 12AM. If you do not utilize the shuttles, feel free to Uber or drive. There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Yes! The dress code is Black Tie. Ladies should wear a floor-length evening gown and gentlemen should wear a tuxedo or a dark colored suit. We are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest" or "(your name) & (their name)". For families, it will list "The (your last name) Family". Your RSVP card will also notate the amount of people are you able to RSVP for. Thank you for understanding!

Our ceremony and reception will both be indoors. However, our cocktail hour will be in a covered outdoor space.

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. Do note there are limited seats, so be sure to arrive early to avoid standing!

Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30 PM, we recommend guests arrive between 5:00 - 5:15 so you have time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests to enter or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, make your way over to the cocktail hour and we will see you there!

Yes, there is ample complimentary guest parking.

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. Osage House allows guests to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue and pick them up the next morning by noon. We recommend using rideshare apps (Uber, Lyft) for transportation if you plan on drinking.

Please refer to the 'RSVP' to see if we are able to accommodate your children, their name(s) will be listed if so. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
