Our Wedding

Kadin &amp; Annie first met working at a small town gas station together. Although they didn’t become friends right away, the more they worked together the closer they got &amp; soon became best-friends &amp; started hanging out a lot. People would tease them about how they seemed like they were more than just friends, but they just brushed it off. They didn’t begin dating until a year &amp; a half after becoming friends!

How we met!

On February 9th, of 2022 Kadin &amp; Annie went on their first official date. They spent the evening in Mankato eating at Buffalo Wild Wings &amp; doing a little shopping at the mall. Later on that evening they cuddled up in bed to watch their favorite movie (Grown Ups). About halfway through the movie Kadin officially asked Annie to be his girlfriend!

Kadin & Annie spontaneously decided they really wanted to see Koe Wetzel live in concert a week before the show. They planned on going with a few friends & Kadin’s sister. (Taylor) After arriving at the venue & waiting for what felt like forever the first opener finally came out on stage, Kadin had told Annie he was going to find one of their friends so they could all enjoy the show together. Kadin soon returned with Annie’s sister, (Jessie) his twin brother, (Kyler), & Kyler’s fiancé. (Raine) Of course Annie was surprised but somehow not confused when everyone walked over. They all just enjoyed the music together. Then Koe came out on stage & after a few songs Kadin got down on one knee & asked Annie to marry him!!

Our Story

Kadin & Annie had gone on a double date with Kyler & Raine for Valentine’s day! They all spent the evening eating dinner at Boulder Tap House, seeing a movie, and then making a stop at Insomnia Cookies for a snack on their drive home!

Our First Valentine’s day.

Kadin & Annie’s first roadtrip/vacation was spent in Wisconsin at Kadin’s aunt & uncles  house. They spent a little over a week house/pet sitting while they were on vacation. The first few days in Wisconsin Kadin & Annie spent their time hanging out with the animals, binge watching their favorite show at the time (Shameless), & hiking up to Devils Rock. After a few days of making their daily run to the local gas station for fountain drinks & snacks they decided they wanted to do something else that day.. They figured why not go to Chicago & see the Shameless houses! While in Chicago they obviously had to stop at the Bean!! This is & always will be Annie’s favorite trip they have taken together!

Kadin & Annie took a roadtrip with Kyler & Raine to Omaha, NE so they could see Luke Combs in concert!

Kadin & Annie spent their first Halloween together dressing up as characters from one of their favorite movies (Scream) & handing out candy to the neighborhood kids!
