***Out of state friends and family***
If you are staying more than a couple of days we have a lot of really neat things to check out locally. Downtown Searcy we have The Rialto, a historic 1 screen movie theater that has been renovated on the inside. Tickets are between $1-3 depending on the time of day you go.
There is the hourglass escape room my brother in law Jeremiah works at in Searcy off of Race St.
Several parks if you are bringing kiddos!
Searcy Public library just moved to a new location and opened back up with a coffee shop attached! It is massive and you could spend a decent amount of time in there.
We also have books by the pound with a hectic retro vibe. You can choose to buy a box of books for $30 or literally grab as many as you want and pay by the pound.
Sunny day inflatables is great for kids 10 and under and is about $15. They have bounce houses and obstacle courses inside.
Searcy swim center is open year round and I believe it’s $5 per person for a day pass.
Several small coffee shops, our favorites are Sweet Cheeks and Soda Jerk but we also have 7brew and Starbucks.
Food wise we have several fast food options, Mexican restaurants on every corner, and quite a few sit down restaurants if you need a recommendation.
