Nope! All of the lodging is included from Monday night to Wednesday Morning! Just get yourself to the venue and there will be a room waiting for you!

The closest major airport is Charlotte, NC! The drive to the venue from the airport is a 2.5hr drive! If you are able to catch a flight into Knoxville's Tri-City Airport, the drive is 1hr!

We highly recommend a trip into the Boone, NC area! Only 30m from the venue, this area boasts access to the picturesque Blue Ridge Parkway and has amazing mountain towns such as Blowing Rock. (one of our favorite destinations!)
