WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Montgomery Creek Ranch formerly known as Boondocks Barn & Lodge. The ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour will be held partially indoors (barn) and partially outdoors. The reception will be held indoors (barn). The average high temperature in Indianapolis during the month of July is 85 degrees during the day with lows averaging 65 degrees at night. Please dress and plan accordingly.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR YOUR WEDDING?
The dress code is cocktail attire / semi-formal. We kindly request no jeans or shorts. We will be putting on our best and would love to have everyone join us!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR YOUR WEDDING CEREMONY?
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive early to allow time to park and find your seats by 4:10 PM.
IS THERE PARKING ALLOWED AT THE WEDDING VENUE?
Yes. There is parking available. Upon entering the venue there will be signage that will direct you to the Barn. Upon reaching the Barn there will be designated parking for Grandparents and those that need additional assistance.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY CHILDREN?
Although we love everyone's children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. We hope you are able to join us anyway and enjoy a relaxed evening with friends and family! We encourage you to treat this as a weekend getaway! Please refer to your RSVP which indicates the number of seats reserved for your party.
WILL THERE BE ASSIGNED SEATING AT THE RECEPTION?
Yes! We will have a seating chart which will be available for viewing during cocktail hour. This is why it is so important to RSVP! Please note that due to limited capacity at the venue, we can only accommodate those individuals specifically listed on your invitation.
CAN I BRING PLUS ONE?
Due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one they'll appear under your name when you go to RSVP.
WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by dinner. When completing your RSVP, please be sure to select your meal preference so we can ensure everyone is accommodated.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes, alcohol will be available from 5:00 PM during cocktail hour till last call. Please bring proper photo ID. Additionally, please plan ahead and drink responsibly. It is incredibly important to us that all of our guests get home safely.
Please note that no outside alcohol is permitted on the grounds of the venue. We ask that everyone refrain from bringing outside alcohol as we will have an open bar available for several hours. The venue and staff have the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason.
