Kaeley and Colton

September 7, 2024 • Snohomish, WA, USA

Our venue is at an outdoor venue. The reception will be under covered tent. Most of our venue is grass so keep this in mind when choosing your shoes.

Is there a hotel block?

Unfortunately, we did not receive enough room requests to receive a discounted rate so instead of locking our guests down to one hotel, we are allowing them to choose where they'd prefer to stay. If you would like assistance in choosing a hotel or finding accommodations , please don't hesitate to reach out. We're happy to help!

What cities are close to the venue?

The Venue is in Snohomish and close to both Woodinville and Monroe. Monroe is on the north side and further from the airport but slightly closer to the venue. Woodinville is on the south side and is where Colton and I will likely be going out afterwards to continue the party. All are welcome to join :)

What is the dress code?

We do not have a strict dress code. Wear whatever you are comfortable in. Dressy casual is preferred. Boots are encouraged, we are getting married at a farm after all :)

Wedding gifts?

We do not have a registry as we are fortunate to have everything we need. Many of you are traveling long distances and all of you are taking time out of your busy lives to attend our wedding and we are extremely grateful. Your presence is our present. If you insist on gifts, we will have a card collection box and a honeymoon fund which are both completely optional and we wish our guests not to feel obligated to gift.

Is there anything I should know traveling from out-of-state?

We will continue to add to this as we think of things that might be important to know if you aren't from the state. Here are a couple that are top of mind related to travel: - Washington has photo stop lights on some of the more busy roadways as well as photo enforced speed limits in some usually more residential areas usually near schools. You need to stop your car before the white lines and go below posted speed limits in order to prevent yourself from receiving a ticket. For right turns at photo lights, you must stay stopped for 3 seconds before inching forward to assess the opportunity for a right turn. Photo lights and photo speed radar will always have warning signs posted as you near the intersection or enter the area so look out for those. These photo lights and photo speed areas are usually more common closer to the city areas and are much less common in the Woodinville, Snohomish and Monroe areas near the wedding venue. - I-405 has tolled HOV lanes. If the signs indicate there is a toll at the time, you will need 3 or more people in your car to be considered HOV and will also need to have a car with a Good-To-Go Flex Pass installed on the windshield or the dash. You may want to ask you rental car company about this if you plan to utilize these lanes. These lanes only apply to I-405 and do not apply to I-5.
