What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

If your wedding invitation includes ceremony details, it is recommended to arrive 15-20 minutes early to the ceremony to allow for time for parking and walking to the ceremony location.

What time should I arrive for the reception?

If your invitation has reception details only, it is recommended to arrive on time to enjoy cocktail hour and be present for our grand entrance. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:45, and the grand entrance will begin at 5:45. The DJ will ask that all guests be in their seats before the new Mr. and Mrs. Woods are introduced!

How do I get to the venue?

24327 E Old Town Road (GPS does not always provide accurate directions) Driving Directions from Hwy 49 & Hwy 54 intersection……7.8 miles East on 54 Hwy. to 2400 Road, turn South on gravel, go 2 miles to Old Town Road, turn left or East and go 3/8 mile, turn left on North up long lane, entry has large landscaping rocks and green double gates.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to space restrictions for the venue, we will not be allowing plus-ones unless specified on your invitation, or if it allows you to RSVP for the individual when you RSVP for your party on our website. We hope you understand, and are excited to spend the evening celebrating with us!

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is Garden Semi-Casual. For men, dress pants/jeans are acceptable. It is encouraged to wear bright or pastel, spring/summery colors. We are here for ALL of the florals, blues, greens, and pinks! The wedding party will be wearing shades of blue. If you are looking for inspo, search "garden wedding guest outfit" on Pinterest! Please no white or graphic tees/high-vis. (and yes, we have seen both at weddings..)

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on the grounds at Gobbler's Roost/Three Cedars Event Center. The cocktail hour/reception will take place indoors inside the event center.

Am I allowed to take photos/post wedding photos on social media?

We have hired a wonderful photography team who will be working diligently to capture all of the special moments of our ceremony and reception! If you are attending the ceremony, we ask that you do not take photos with your personal devices to ensure that there are no distractions during the event. Please feel free to take as many photos as you wish during the reception, but refrain from posting any photos of the bride and groom until after the couple has a chance to share their photos of their special day on social media first!

Will there be an open bar?

Some alcoholic beverages will be provided, but if you would like more specific beverage choices the venue will have a cash bar available. It is important to note that the venue does not allow outside beverages to be brought onto the property, so leave those coolers at home! For non-drinkers, non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.
