When should I RSVP?

We request your RSVP by July 1st, but to help coordinate bunk and cabin assignments, a sooner response would be much appreciated. If you are unsure about staying on site, please reach out to us separately to discuss.

What is the weekend's itinerary?

We will have our venue for the whole weekend. Many of our guests will be staying onsite or near by. We will be kicking off the weekend with a welcome dinner on Friday night, all are invited. Saturday we will be providing breakfast and lunch. While at the camp, you can go for hikes, play volleyball, do a puzzle, or take advantage of the nearby attractions before the wedding. The wedding will consist of the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and then a silent disco for the after party. On Sunday we will be offering brunch and a yoga class for all our guests (please bring a mat if you have one) at the venue to say goodbye and thank everyone for spending the weekend with us.

Where can I stay?

We will have capacity to have most, if not all, guests stay on-site in a mix of furnished cabins and summer camp style bunk beds. Depending on final RSVPs, cabins will most likely be for family only; bunk rooms will be on a first come first served basis. We're asking $50 per person for the weekend if you stay in a bunk and $150 if you stay in a cabin. Please RSVP ASAP on our site to reserve your spot. We will reach out to you with your assignment closer to the wedding. If you are unable to stay on-site or would prefer to stay off-site, there are lots of adorable lodges and Airbnbs in Bailey. See our Travel section for more details. Denver is also an option! It is only ~40 min away.

What are the bunks and cabins like?

Cabins are closer to an apartment or Airbnb with a bathroom attached. Bunks are 10 to a room, with 4 bunk beds and 2 twins. They are super comfy beds. Then it is a short walk to a nearby bathroom with showers. Both are outfitted with linens, pillows, coffee machine and mini fridges.

What should we do for food?

We will be providing food for the whole weekend. We'll have a welcome dinner on Friday night, followed by s'mores. Saturday we'll have a continental breakfast and things to make sandwiches for lunch. Then we'll be serving BBQ for dinner after the wedding. On Sunday, we'll have a goodbye brunch with pastries and fruit.

Are kids invited?

Yes! We'd love your kids to join us for the weekend. They should have plenty of entertainment at the camp. All we ask is that they be in bed by the silent disco on Saturday night. If you have a really little one (under 2), consider bringing a pack-n-play for them to sleep in instead of a bunk.

Do I get a plus one?

Please, only the people named on the invite should attend.
