We first met in the Fall of 2021—Kailee was 20 and in her final semester at the University of Texas, and Dylan was 23, playing baseball for Texas A&M. Despite being on different paths (and at rival schools), we connected and kept in touch for a while before life got busy and we lost touch in the Spring of 2022.


Then, in the Summer of 2024, we reconnected—and something just felt different. Over the next year, our story grew into something incredibly special, this time with a deeper sense of clarity and purpose. It quickly became clear that God’s timing had been at work all along, guiding us back to each other when the time was right.


Now, less than two years later, we’re getting married—and we’re so thankful for the journey that led us here.
