Luke direct messaged Kailee after seeing her post in the incoming University of Pittsburgh freshman facebook group.

June 2018

Although this wasnt their first time meeting each other in person, this is where it all started. Luke asked Kailee to go to a friend’s Halloween party and that night he asked Kailee to be his girlfriend!

Halloween 2020

After around a year and a half of dating, we finished college!! (yay!!) Luke graduated with his Russian degree and Kailee with a Psychology degree. Luke was about to start EOD school in Virginia and Kailee was going to nursing school at Duquesne down the road from Pitt.

After a year and a half of training, Luke finally finishes EOD school. Throughout that time we took many trips to visit each other (mainly bc Kailee was super jealous that Luke lived in Florida while she was stuck in Pittsburgh)

Next up, Kailee graduated nursing school! YAY!

Nursing School Graduation 2023

After we were finally all done with school, we moved to the gorgeous state of Washington! Luke is stationed here at JBLM working as an EOD tech and Kailee works as a NICU RN at Mary Bridge!

We traveled to Chicago for a friend’s wedding where Luke had been planning a surprise with Kailee’s family. The day after the weddings, on what Kailee thought was a family golf outing, Luke got down on one knee and proposed!! 

August 2024

Right now we are currently enjoying sharing life everyday with one another. We cant forget our five fur babies - Lady May, Tito, Zeus, BIP, and Freyja &lt;3
