Where to Stay

Our wedding reception will be held at the Lenox Hotel in Boston’s Back Bay, where we’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests. Reservations may be made through the link below through September 2, 2026, subject to availability.

For guests who prefer other accommodations, there are numerous hotels around Copley Square within walking distance from our reception venue.

Getting to Boston

For those flying in, Boston is easily accessible via Logan International Airport (BOS). Once at the airport, there are several options for traveling to Back Bay, including rideshare, public transportation (the T), the Logan Express Back Bay shuttle, or a rental car (15–45 minutes depending on time of day and traffic).

For guests coming from around the Northeast and Greater Boston, both the ceremony and reception venues are accessible by Amtrak, bus, and commuter rail.

Getting Around Boston

For guests staying in Back Bay, most local destinations are walkable or readily accessible via public transportation and rideshare. The Lenox Hotel is located steps away from Copley Station (Green Line) and within a short walk of Back Bay Station (Orange Line, Commuter Rail, Amtrak)

Wedding Day Transportation

Guests are encouraged to drive, rent a car, or use rideshare between the venues on the wedding day. Rideshare services are readily available between Waltham and Boston. Free parking is available at St. Mary’s, and valet parking will be available at the Lenox Hotel. Travel between venues is approximately 25 minutes by car, barring traffic.

Explore Back Bay On Foot

If you’re staying near Back Bay or the Lenox, this is one of our favorite easy ways to explore the neighborhood. Start at the The Lenox Hotel and walk a block up Boylston Street to Copley Square. Pop inside the Boston Public Library—the historic McKim Building and Courtyard is worth a visit. From there, continue up Boylston Street toward the Public Garden and Boston Common for a relaxed stroll, especially beautiful in the fall. On your way back, walk along the Commonwealth Avenue Mall or take a quieter route down Marlborough Street, where we live and one of our favorite streets in the neighborhood. Finish with a bite to eat along Newbury Street.

Other Classic Boston Sights

Freedom Trail

Take a walk along this 2.5-mile route through Boston’s historic neighborhoods and landmarks, including the site of the Boston Massacre, Faneuil Hall, Paul Revere’s House, and Bunker Hill.

Fenway Park

Visit America's most beloved ballpark, the home of the Boston Red Sox. Stop by Bleacher Bar for a drink and a view of the outfield.

Museum of Fine Arts and Isabella Stewart Gardner

Visit one or both of these art museums located near each other in the Back Bay Fens. See if you can spot the 5 empty frames left behind following a 1990 heist at the Isabella Stewart Gardner.

Charles River Esplanade

On a sunny day, stroll along the Charles River Esplanade, taking in views of the city skyline.

Harvard Square

Spend a morning or afternoon riding the "T" to Harvard Square, exploring Harvard's campus, and grabbing a coffee in a nearby cafe.

If You're Extending Your Stay

Salem

Visit the home of the infamous Salem Witch Trials just in time for Halloween. Note that Salem is busy in October, so be sure to plan ahead.

Newport, Rhode Island

Take a day trip to Newport, Rhode Island, about a 1.5-2 hours drive away. Tour Gilded Age mansions, explore the iconic Cliff Walk, and take in the coastal scenery.

Fall Foliage

Head north into New Hampshire or Vermont to experience classic New England towns and scenic autumn views.
