We met online in the fall of 2019, hitting it off right away from the first date. Shortly after beginning our relationship, we found out that our families have known each other for quite a while, and the two of us grew up five minutes down the road from one another. What a coincidence! After only a few months of dating, the COVID pandemic broke out, and we didn't see each other for four months, though we made it work with many phone calls, social distancing on the front line, and a lot of facetime.

A few years later, Avery graduated with his Master's degree and got his dream job as an electrical engineer, and Kailey got her dream job as a first grade teacher. We had talked about our plans for the future for a long time, but from this point on we really started putting our plans into motion. We went on many trips together, getting engaged in Disney World right next to the castle. We bought our house shortly after getting engaged, and started our little family with our kitten, Merve, and our dog, Penny. We can't wait to be married and celebrate our big day with all of you!
