What is the Dress Code?
Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire! We would love our dress code to complement our chosen theme for the day, and kindly ask our guests don't wear jeans or bright colors.
Ladies: cocktail dresses & Gents: dress pants or khakis with a collard shirt or button up
Are kiddos welcome?
Although we love your little ones, please note our wedding will be an adult-only affair. Thank you for your understanding!
Is there a shuttle to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?
Yes, please check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Nope! We have chosen a timeline to keep the celebration flowing smoothly and most enjoyable for our guests. An open bar cocktail hour will start immediately after the ceremony. Hors d’oeuvres and our dinner food stations will also start promptly after the ceremony. We want our guests to be able to enjoy our delicious food and drink selections at their own leisure without having to wait for a sit-down dinner time. (Please just note the day’s timeline posted on our website and at the reception to be sure not to miss important events due to this unique style of reception flow).
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be held out doors at The Eloise. Guests will walk on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. If it were to rain, the ceremony will be moved in doors still at the Eloise. Reception will be held indoors at the same location, with air conditioning.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes! Please check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
There will be vegan and gluten free options available. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond this, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you would like to honor us with a gift, there will be a gift table and wedding card box at our reception. We do kindly ask, if you are able to attend, please do not send your gift in the mail, but bring it to the wedding for the Bride & Groom to later open together with family.
Can I bring a date?
If your invitation says “and guest,” then yes! Otherwise we kindly ask only those specially listed on the invite attend.
Is there parking available at your wedding venue?
Yes, there is plenty of free on-site parking.
Do you have a wedding Hashtag?
Yes, and we would love for you to use it in your posts so we can enjoy your lovely pictures from the day too!
Our wedding Hashtag is #OfficiaLEYtheKehms
Fun fact: our friends started calling us “The Leys” due to our names when we started dating and it just kind of stuck. Thus, “The Leys” officiaLEY becoming “The Kehms” :)
