We are overjoyed that you’ll be joining us to celebrate our special day. To make your travel experience seamless, we’ve secured a block of rooms for our guests at the stunning Hard Rock Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic—a 5-star, all-inclusive beachfront destination.

Travel and Accommodation Details

Room Block Dates:

Check-in: April 20, 2026

Check-out: April 27, 2026

Minimum Stay: 3 nights within our group booking.

The rates through our group link are per night and include:

All-inclusive stay: room, dining, top-shelf liquor, and access to all restaurants, beaches, and pools.

Hotel taxes and gratuities.

24-hour room service and complimentary Wi-Fi.

All guests in the room must be included on the reservation. If you are adding children, you must add their ages at time of travel. Please note, airfare and airport transportation is not included in the booking.

Airport: Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

All reservations must secured with a deposit by:

April 30th, 2025

Final Payments will be due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

The Hard Rock Resort booking portal offers optional options such as:

Travel protection (strongly encouraged).

Important To Note:

We recommend you do NOT add flights through the booking portal as Suzanne cannot manage flight reservations made this way.

DO NOT add airport transfers through the link. Complimentary transfers for up to two guests are included for stays of 4+ nights. Additional guests will need to pay the standard transfer rate. Detailed transfer instructions will be provided closer to the travel date.

Booking Instructions

A $200 USD deposit per room is required to confirm your reservation via the group booking link.

Availability for each room type is limited. If you have a preferred room category, please book promptly. If there are any special requests you would like to have on file for your stay, please email Suzanne at suzanne@escapes.ca. All requests must be submitted via e-mail.

You may extend your stay beyond our designated block dates, but extended stays are subject to resort availability. Please reach out to Suzanne at suzanne@escapes.ca to discuss options.

All reservations must secured with a deposit by:

Your final payment will be due 60 days prior to your arrival date and will be automatically processed using the card in which you made your reservation. If you would like to change the payment method, you can do so by clicking the link in the confirmation e-mail that was sent to you, please note that your credit card information must be changed a minimum 10 days before the payment deadline.

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel protection to protect your investment when making your reservation. If you would like to purchase more comprehensive travel protection, and/or medical insurance it is your responsibility to purchase at leisure.
