Parking will be available just past the venue at the bottom of the hill. Signs will be available for you to follow, from the parking lot a shuttle will take you up the hill to the venue. A shuttle will run every 15 minutes, so you do not have to worry about missing it. The shuttle will start at 4:45 pm. You will not be able to access the venue before the shuttle begins.

The wedding ceremony will be outdoor in the courtyard. The reception will take place indoors. After the ceremony, the facility will be open for you to roam as you please.

Yes! We will have a block of rooms reserved Towneplace Suites in Ironton, Ohio. Mention you are part of the Spainhower/Yates wedding for a discount.

Semi-formal attire is welcome. The ceremony and mocktail hour will be taking place outdoors. Ladies, keep this in mind when choosing foot wear. Men, keep this in mind when choosing a button up or suit jacket.

Due to the wedding theme being Garden Party, we would love to see your best fun, flowy, floral, or patterned outfit! To ensure the bride, groom, and wedding party stand out please DO NOT wear the following colors: White, Off White, Light blue.

Due to limited space, we have had to condense the guest list immensely. We ask you respect this and only bring the names of those on the invitation sent. This includes children, family members, and friends.

Kailey and Rob only request your presence in celebrating the begining of their marriage as a gift. However, if you feel inclined to purchase a gift, they can be brought to the wedding shower. If you are unable to attend the wedding shower, there will be a table in the reception area on the wedding day.

The reception will end promptly at 10:00 pm. There will be no afterparty as the newly weds will want to get the heck outta there!
