The Blue Water Manor will hold 10 rooms for the two nights of Friday, May 30th, Saturday, and May 31st 2025 with a two night minimum. This hold will remain in effect until April 1st, 2025.

*Blue Water Manor has a fourteen day cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation you must

provide notice of cancellation at least fourteen days prior to date of arrival to receive your deposit back. A service

charge of $50 will be deducted from your deposit. If you should need to cancel your reservation inside the fourteen

day period, you forfeit your one night deposit. There are no refunds for early departures.
