Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions, only those given a plus one will be able to RSVP and attend with a plus one.
Is this a child-free wedding?
The short answer is, no! We love all of your kiddos and would love for them to be included in our special day.
How do I RSVP?
We have two ways that you can RSVP to our wedding!
1. You will receive a text with a URL that will take you to the RSVP page
2. You will receive an RSVP card in your wedding invitation so please feel free to complete the card and return that to us via mail.
When are RSVP's due?
All RSVP's are due by September 22nd. Our coordinator needs final numbers for seating and dining so we will need a yes or no by then. Unfortunately, if we don't get an RSVP back from you, we will have to put you down as a no and we will miss you at our wedding!
Will we be serving alcohol?
Yes, we will be providing alcohol for the guests at the wedding. We will have a list of beer, wine, liquor, and specialty drink options for you at the wedding.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
If you have any restrictions, allergies, or food concerns, please text Kaili at (817)681-0580 to let her know what restrictions you might have. We will make sure all restrictions are taken care of and voiced to the venue before the wedding day!
Who should I contact with any questions or concerns about the wedding?
Please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom with any questions you might have. However, if you have any questions or concerns on the wedding day, please reach out to the bride and groom's parents for any clarification.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive on time and be seated before the ceremony begins. Our coordinator has instructed us that she won't seat anyone who arrives late and they will have to watch the ceremony from afar.
Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?
Yes, the ceremony and reception are in the same place so there is no need for additional transportation plans until after the event is over.
Where do I stay?
We have many different accommodation options available on our website. Please look at https://www.theknot.com/us/kaili-wardlaw-and-bryan-candelaria-nov-2024/travel for options near the venue.
What is a Taquiza?
A taquiza is a friends and family event where you can spend time together with delicious food and cold drinks. In this case, it is an event where family and friends can continue celebrating Bryan and Kaili's new marriage. Details will be sent closer to the wedding date but the event will be on November 2nd near the wedding location!
