Can I check in early to the hotel?
Unfortunately, the hotel does not accommodate early check in. Check in time is 3PM.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
Yes! There will be two shuttles available to & from the wedding if you are staying at Comfort Inn. Shuttles will be available between 2:45pm-3:45pm & again after 10:00pm.
The venue will allow cars to be parked overnight if you would prefer to drive to the venue & take the shuttle back to the hotel. If you choose to do this please arrange for a ride back to the venue Sunday morning as the shuttle service will not be available on Sunday.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
All Black Attire. Please wear all black - (Example: black shirt, black pants or black dress) this does not mean “black tie”
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
If the name of your plus one is not included on the RSVP tab, we are sorry to say that they will not be able to attend.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Taste of Graze: Chicken, French Green Beans, Whipped Potatoes, & Caesar Salad
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Cocktail hour will begin directly after the ceremony. Cheers!
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Please arrive no later than 3:45pm, the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We kindly ask that all cellphones, cameras, video cameras, etc. are turned off and put away during the ceremony. Please allow the professionals to do what they do best. You may take as many photos and videos as you would like after the ceremony is over.
