Like most people in today’s world, we met online on a Facebook dating app. Kailyn recently went through a life altering event, and was ultimately hoping to maybe meet some new people and possibly find the one. After also having some rough years, Justin was one day away from giving up the search.

He saw her profile and was immediately interested. However, it took him 2 weeks to message her due to the fact she was wearing Mets clothes in most of her pictures. Justin, being a Phillies fan, wasn’t sure if it would work out.

But once the messaging began, it never stopped. As soon as they met, they became inseparable. Consistently finding small random things in common, like invisible strings that lead them together.

The two felt it was right from the start, but their first family trip to Cape May in 2023 solidified it for both of them. The way Kailyn easily slid in with the rest of the family, to Ella (Justin’s daughter) being so sad Kailyn had to leave the trip early, it was perfect.

Kailyn’s 3 dogs loved him as well, and even started giving him bigger greetings than her. While this is something she’s still bitter about, it was another reason he was the one.

They continued the relationship through football season, where they both thankfully root for the Eagles. Go Birds🦅 And into Spring Training where there love continued to grow.

In September 2024, they made a trip back to Cape May for some relaxation. It was then Justin proposed with a gorgeous ring under the moonlight, on the beach. Ella, who knew it was happening, was the best secret keeper ever, and was thrilled to learn Kailyn said yes!

They look forward to spending their lives together in Port Deposit, while allowing their favorite sports teams to dictate their moods. Although winning seasons are uncertain, the two are beyond certain for their future together.
