When is the wedding?

The wedding is on September 6th, 2025

Where is the wedding taking place?

The wedding will be held The Miller-Colton Residence

What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony begins at 2:30 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, the dress code is formal.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Yes, children are welcome.

Will there be a reception following the ceremony?

Yes, the reception will be held at the Miller-Colton Residence

What type of food will be served?

We will have a buffet/cocktail reception with a variety of options that cater to different dietary needs.

How can we RSVP?

Please RSVP by August 6th, 2025 using the included link, email or phone number provided on the invites.

Will there be transportation provided?

No, guest will need to arrange their own transportation.

Can we bring a plus one?

Yes, plus ones are welcome. Please notify the Bride of your plus one by August 6th

What time does the reception end?

The reception will end at 9:00 p.m.

Are there any special activities or traditions we should be aware of?

We will have speeches, so be prepared for some unique moments during the celebration.

What should we do if we have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know your dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What time should guests arrive?

Guests should aim to arrive by 2:00 p.m. to ensure everyone is seated before the ceremony begins.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue as well as signs posted for directions

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, we will have a limited open bar with specific drinks available. Outside drinks are allowed, feel free to BYOB

What is the wedding party’s color theme?

Our color theme is rustic, fall, so feel free to coordinate your attire if you’d like!

Are there any activities planned for the day before or after the wedding?

Yes, we have arranged for a rehearsal BBQ on Friday September 5th, 2025. More details will be provided closer to the wedding date.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors

Is there a gift policy?

Your presence is the best gift, but if you wish to give something we would appreciate contributions to our honeymoon fund.

Will there be entertainment at the reception?

Yes, we will have a DJ/Photo Booth to keep everyone entertained throughout the evening.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask you to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, following the ceremony is reserved time for photos.

What type of ceremony will it be?

Our ceremony will be non-religious, led by Marlene Sullivan.

Where should I sit?

There will be a seating chart at the entrance of the reception. Look for your name and number table.

What is the schedule for the reception?

The reception will include cocktail hour, dinner, speeches and dancing. A detailed schedule will be provided at the venue.

Will there be a photographer?

Yes, we have a professional photographer. We encourage you to take photos, but please avoid blocking the photographers view during important moments.

What if I arrive late to the ceremony?

If you arrive late, please wait quietly at the back until an appropriate break in the ceremony to find a seat.

Is there a gift table or should I send gifts to a specific address?

There will be a gift table at the reception. Alternatively, you can send gifts to 4850 Burnside Road North Branch, MI 48461.

Can I make a speech or toast?

We have a schedule for speeches and toasts,but if you would like to say a few words, please let us know in advance.

Can I smoke at the venue?

Smoking of cigarettes, cigars and Marijuana is allowed please keep in mind this a kid friendly wedding, discretion is advised.

Will there be any group photos taken?

Yes, we will be arranging group photos after the ceremony, during cocktail hour. Listen for announcements for specific group photo sessions.

When will the thank you notes be sent out?

We plan to have thank you notes attached to our wedding favors at the Reception

Are there any post-wedding events (e.g., after-party, farewell brunch)?

Yes, we are hosting a campout after-party at the Miller-Colton Residence post Reception Please bring a tent to pitch and a chair to sit in around the campfire, snacks and finger foods will be available as well as breakfast the following morning. We hope you can join us!
