Nicholas Aaron Ganem is from Castle Rock, CO. He has lived there his whole life. Born April 12, 1997. Nick has 3 older siblings, he’s the baby of the fam. He has a brother named Christopher and 2 sisters, Kaitlynn and Kristina. Nicks family is very close, loving and caring. Nick has always been a very hard worker. He started his first job at the age of 14 working at a local Burger King. His favorite thing to do as a kid was to play video games, which he still often does. He also has a very strong love for cars. Nick has owned a lot of cars in his life. After high school he went to school at a community college and took a bunch of automotive classes. Nick has been an auto mechanic for 7 years now and really enjoys not only working on cars, but upgrading and modifying them is what makes him most happy. When Nick is not working (which isn’t very often) you can find him working on his cars, playing video games, or relaxing and watching tv.

Kaisha Lee Dick is from Vernal, UT. Born September 16, 1998. She moved to Fruita, CO when she was very young and then moved back to Vernal, UT when she was going into the 2^nd grade. She lived in Vernal, UT for many years. At the end of Freshman year of high school her and her family moved to Castle Rock, CO, which is where she met Nick and currently resides.

Kaisha has a bunch of amazing siblings, 7 to be exact. 4 amazing brothers and 3 sweet loving sisters. Kaisha is very fortunate to have such a big amazing loving family. They are all very close and love getting together for the holidays. Kaisha got her first job in retail when she was 17 years old and when she turned 19 she started working at a bank as a teller. She was with the bank for 4 years, before she decided in February 2022 that she didn't want to work there anymore. So she quit and she wanted to be able to be closer to home or even better work from home. So the ended up getting hired at a new job about a month after leaving the bank. Her new job is a small company called Medical Service Quotes, and she deals with workers comp claims and helping pair patients with providers. She gets to work from home, with only 1 day of the week in office, and the office is only a 10 minute drive from her home. Kaisha really loves her new job and is super thankful that she found such an amazing company to work for. When Kaisha gets free time she really enjoys cooking, hanging out with her French bulldog Bella, drawing, coloring or binge watching tv shows!

May 7, 2017, Nick proposed to Kaisha at the place they spent the most time together after they met, Butterfield park in Castle Rock, CO. Kaisha had no idea this was happening and was very surprised and excited. All of our close friends and some family were there and Nick started off with a super sweet little speech and then got down on one knee and popped the question! Kaisha said Yes!! At this time they really wanted to buy a house of their own, so they postponed the wedding planning and decided to move in with Nicks parents so that they could save money for a house and then once they were all settled into a home they would start wedding planning.

Nick and Kaisha first met in high school in January of 2015. Kaisha is from Vernal, Utah and moved to Castle Rock with her family in the summer of 2014. Kaisha was a sophomore and Nick was a senior when they first met. Kaisha and her best friend at the time (Mimi) were invited to go to lunch with a guy that Mimi had been talking to and he said he had his friend Nick with him as well. Kaisha agreed to go with and they met in the parking lot of the school. When they got into the car, Nick was sitting in the passenger seat. Kaisha nor Mimi knew who Nick was so this was the first time meeting him. They decided to go to Butterfield Park and just hang out for the lunch hour.

Kaisha said Nick was very hyper, outgoing, loud, friendly, and funny. He had her laughing the whole time they hung out. They ended up exchanging social medias that day and texted each other all night that night. They then started hanging out more and more and became closer and closer each day. They even started spending time together everyday for lunch and even skipped classes some days just to be able to spend more time together. Kaisha and Nick really enjoyed going to Butterfield to hang out (this is where all the high school kids hung out). They really enjoyed each other’s company and just sitting in Nicks truck and talking for hours.

Two months later on March 9, 2015 Nick asked Kaisha to be his girlfriend, she of course said yes and they were officially dating. They were constantly with each other doing things like going to car meets, traveling, hiking, going to concerts, amusement parks, restaurants, the lake and so many more places! They have made a ton of amazing memories together and keep making more every single day.

Fast forward to June of 2016, Nick and Kaisha decided to take the next big step in life and move in together. They moved into their first apartment in Castle Rock on June 22, 2016. THEN almost a year later on May 7th, 2017 Nick popped the big question!! Kaisha of course said YES!!

Now that these two love birds were engaged and also coming to the end of their year lease on their apartment, they had a decision to make. Plan a wedding or buy their first house!? They both agreed that they did NOT have any interest in renting again and definitely wanted to look into buying a home. So they decided to hold off on wedding planning and start house shopping! After getting approved for a house loan, they then set out to look at homes within their budget at the time. They had absolutely no luck at all. They were having a hard time finding a home they liked that was within their budget and when they did find one that they liked, they would send in an offer and then always got outbidded. So this was very disappointing for both of them and it was time to decide where they were going to live if they didn't want to rent another year. So luckily Nicks super generous parents invited them to stay in their home until they got things figured out. Soo they moved into Kimberly and Michaels basement July 2017.

While living with Nicks parents rent FREE, they were able to just focus on saving all the money they could. It actually wasn't until almost 2 years later that they decided to reapply for a home loan and start looking again. Now that they were both making more money at their full time jobs and had some in savings, they actually got approved for a lot more this time, which meant more options when looking! So they began the home search again and ended up sending offers in on a lot of homes.. but again kept getting outbidded. This was getting very frustrating for them, until one day Kaisha was at work and her manager mentioned how her son was currently talking with Richmond Homes to build a new home. At first this sounded like something Kaisha and Nick would never be able to do!! They thought that it would cost even more to BUILD A WHOLE NEW HOUSE, but they were wrong!

Kaisha and Nick then decided to just for fun go look at Richmond's model homes in a nearby neighborhood that they were building in. After touring many models and sitting down with a sales rep to discuss everything. They found out that it actually was not as expensive as they thought to build a brand new home. So at this point it is now May 2019 and they officially started the looong process with Richmond Homes to get their first house built! This process was very exciting and fun for them. Picking out a lot, which model they wanted, what color they wanted the house painted, picking the color of their front door, and then their most favorite thing during this process, was to go to the home gallery. This is where they would choose everything for the interior of their home. Countertops, cabinets, flooring, sinks, showers, doors, lights, etc. They really enjoyed this part and being able to make it THEIR OWN. They spent the next 6 months full of excitement and getting off of work at the end of long work days to go see how the house was coming along. November 13, 2019 they closed on their first home and got all moved in that very same day!

Fast forward to Christmas of 2020, which was probably the best Christmas Kaisha has ever had, because Nick got her a French Bulldog puppy (a dog she has always wanted). They named her Bella and she is the best thing that has ever happened to Kaisha. She is extremely spoiled and loved!

They finally started wedding planning in the summer of 2021 and they can not wait to finally be officially married and start a family of their own. :)
