The party block at Best Western Plus Perth Parkside Inn and Spa will remain open and available to reserve until July 20th, 2025. After July 20th, the remaining rooms that have not been booked will be opened to the public.

If the weather is accommodating, the ceremony will take place outdoors at Timber Run. If it is raining, the ceremony will be moved to inside the venue at Timber Run.

You can arrive 30-45 minutes prior.

The fastest route to arrive would be by taking Highway 7 Trans-Canada Highway. (Roughly 55 minutes from downtown ottawa) However, if you have extra spare time, and wish to take the more scenic route, we highly recommend taking Lanark County Rd 16 from Almonte. Your drive will be accompanied by farmers fields and changing maple leaves! (Roughly 26 minutes from Almonte, Ontario)

No. As there are several different hotels and Air B&B's that our guests can book with, it was difficult to book several shuttle services. Please arrive with a Designated Driver or book an uber driver/taxi to come and pick you up.

Closing time will be at 2:00 AM. Beyond this time, the staff will be cleaning up. If you are waiting for a ride to show up beyond this time, it is ok. As long as you leave within a reasonable time frame.

Yes, there are a few. Rice, confetti, artificial rose petals, helium balloons and sparklers are not permitted at the venue.
