Q + A

When is my RSVP due?

We ask that you RSVP no later than March 23rd.

Do you have any hotel blocks at discounted rates?

No, but we have provided a list of close hotels, at affordable prices, with high guest ratings under the "Hotels" tab.

What time should I arrive?

We will begin promptly at 5:30pm; therefore, it is advised that you arrive by 5:15pm in order to be seated before we begin. If you are late, you will still be allowed in but you may be held back until there is an appropriate time for you to enter quietly from the back of the garden.

Is this an "unplugged" ceremony?

Yes. While we are happy for you to take photos before and after the ceremony, and during the reception, we do ask that you turn your phones off and refrain from taking pictures or calls/texts during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing all of those special moments for us.

What is the attire?

Cocktail. What exactly is that you ask? Cocktail attire is usually described as less formal than formal attire, but not too casual. It typically means a dark suit or slacks and a sport coat for men, and a cocktail dress or nice blouse and skirt for women.

If I want to dress in color theme to your wedding, what is your color palette?

Burgundy, red, orange, yellow, and varying shades of green.

I'm not familiar with Texas weather. Any idea what we should expect?

Texas weather is best know for being really fickle and April is no exception. Typically the weather high is in the mid-70's with lows in the mid-50's. "Weather" or not it will rain is anyone's guess but we are hoping it won't since our ceremony will take place outside.

If it rains, will the ceremony be moved inside?

Yes.

Is there onsite parking?

Yes. There is ample parking along with abundant availability of Ubers and Lyfts.

Can I leave my car parked at the venue overnight?

Unfortunately no. The venue requires all guests, vendors and associated vehicles be off property by midnight.

Will dinner be served and will there be an open bar?

Yes, and yes! Dinner will be served and there will be an open bar with beer, wine, soft drinks and water.

I have a specific dietary restriction, will there be a food option for me?

There should be but to make sure, please note your dietary restriction when you submit your RSVP.
