What date should I RSVP by?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 1st. If you need a little more time, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom, we’re happy to work with you to help make it possible for you to be there as we say I do!
What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?
Our ceremony and reception will be at the same venue and that address is 7927 Co Rd 111 Salida, CO 81201. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the backyard where the everything will take place!
Where should I park?
We kindly ask that you carpool to the venue if possible! Parking will be available near the pond and along the street but will be limited, so we’ll have people on-site to help direct you to additional parking if needed.
What time should I arrive?
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and getting seated before the bride makes her entrance down the aisle!
Is dinner going to be served?
Absolutely! While we won’t be having a traditional seated dinner, there will be plenty of delicious food available throughout the evening in a more casual, grab-and-enjoy style. Think of it as a flowing dinner, you’re welcome to eat whenever you’d like, go back for seconds, and enjoy at your own pace. So yes, dinner will definitely be served, just not in the formal sit-down style!
What should I do for lodging?
We’re so grateful you’re thinking about making the trip to Salida to celebrate with us! We know it’s no small ask, so we’ve put together a few lodging suggestions to help make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Airbnb and Vrbo have plenty of great options in the area. For traditional hotels, the Hampton Inn and Comfort Inn are solid choices right in town. There are also some charming local spots like the Manhattan Hotel in downtown Salida, or if you don’t mind a scenic drive, the Surf Hotel in Buena Vista is a beautiful option just up the road. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom, we’re happy to help!
What should I wear?
It’s a little bit country, a little bit classy, just the right mix of boots and polish. Ladies, think flowy sundresses, earthy colors, soft floral prints, and boots or stylish sandals. A denim jacket or leather accessories are great ways to tie in that Western vibe. For the gentlemen, slacks or dark jeans with a button-down shirt, blazer, and boots hit the mark, bonus points for bolo ties or a cowboy hat! When in doubt, lean dressy this only happens once for us! We want everyone looking good and feeling great. And don’t forget to dress in layers and plan for Colorado’s unpredictable weather.
Is it okay to bring gifts or cards to the wedding, or would you prefer they be shipped?
Yes, you’re more than welcome to bring a gift or card to the wedding if you’d like, we’ll have a designated table set up for them at the venue. If it’s easier or more convenient for you to send something ahead of time, feel free to mail it to either of the addresses below:
8336 W 87th Dr.
Arvada, CO 80005.
Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness, it truly means a lot to us!
