Flying into LAX is about a 60-mile drive to Camarillo, which could be between an hour to 2 hour drive (sorry)

Flying into Burbank is about 50 miles away and is a similar commute. Burbank airport is a lot smaller and easier to navigate, though the airfare can be more expensive because of it! We suggest looking at both.

Both LAX and BUR airports have plenty of rental car options. It's possible to take an uber or lyft to the hotel, as well as booking a primetime shuttle in advance. Once you get to the area, the Friday welcome party and wedding venue are all within 10 minutes of each other, and all of the locations have easily accessible parking lots.

Check out some local AirBnBs and VRBOs around Camarillo! Surrounding areas like Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, and Moorpark are also good options.

Ventura, a nice beach town, is about a 20 minute drive from the venue. The Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach Hotel is right by the water and I've stayed there before, and it was really nice!
