Our Story

Jon's brother. I've always looked up to my brother. Lots of people say we look alike, but I'm not quite sure I see it; regardless, we have really similar personalities and talk way too fast for our parents to keep up.

Brian McKellar 

No surprise here given the last name - Kaitlin's brother. Bryan always welcomed me into the Kohut family, probably because he was tired of only having a sister.

Bryan Kohut

Jon's college roommate. Noah is one of my closest friends, and we now work together at Sidecar Health. Thankfully, Noah and Rachel also moved across the country, so we aren't too lonely in LA.

Noah Blake

Jon's college friend. Chris and I were in the same fraternity in college and ended up living a stone's throw from each other in Pittsburgh. The fun only continued when we both moved to the same area in Philly.

Chris McFalls

Jon's college friend. John and I met at Penn State before both joining McKinsey in Pittsburgh. We bonded over happy hours and crazy projects before both moving to Philadelphia and finding jobs we liked better.

John George 

Kaitlin's cousin.  When asking Geraldina to be my MOH, I'm sure it didn't come as a surprise, given that we've been talking about it since we were 5 years old.  Despite being the younger cousin (6 months still counts) she's become the person I turn to when I need advice or guidance. I am so proud of the woman you've become. I truly couldn't imagine getting married without my best friend by my side.

Geraldina Mulville

Kaitlin's cousin. For as long as I can remember, Genevieve is someone I've looked up to and admired.  I'm so grateful that the older we've become the closer we've grown. Thankful to have someone to call and vent who can't judge me because she's likely done the same thing if not worse when she was my age - she's just lucky social media wasn't around during her high school and college years lol 

Genevieve Mulville

Kaitlin's high school BFF. When I look back on my 10+ year long friendship with Jessica (wow we are getting old), I see the cringeworthy high school phase, the crazy and unforgettable college days, and just the beginning of our careers and young adult life. Some of my best memories involve Jessica and I couldn't imagine getting married without her. (P.S. Jacob is still better than Edward) 

Jessica Watts

Kaitlin's high school BFF. Our friendship didn't start out on great footing, specifically because Katie didn't want to befriend "the annoying girl in computer class".  In my defense,  computers weren't my strong suit and I did ask a lot of questions. In all seriousness, I don't think I would've survived college without Katie and our daily phone calls. She is my go-to for anything and everything. It also didn't hurt that Katie immediately became our trusty 3rd wheel when Jon and I first started dating - so much so I often question who gets along better in our trio. Neither Jon nor I can imagine our wedding without KT. 

Katie Martini 

Kaitlin's clinical fellow bestie. Stef is my friend who is incredibly loyal, tells you how it is,  and is so unapologetically herself.  For every tear shed during our clinical fellowship we had at least 10x the laughs. Stef is one of those people you can trust with anything - except for watching your 5 month old puppy, because she'll let him chew through your lamp cord. Stef also likes to brag that she "thrives" at weddings, so if you need a dancing partner - she's your girl.

Stefanie Brodowski 

Kaitlin and Rachel initially met at Penn State at one of Jon's fraternity events. Rach is also Noah's fiancée and the 4 of us are the best of friends (they even moved with us from Philly to LA).  We were good friends during our college days given I visited Penn State often over the years where we had a few unforgettable (or forgettable) nights but have become even better friends in the years to follow.  I couldn't be happier that Rach still lives less than 10 mins away and allows me to force her to hang out with me weekly. She's made LA feel like home.

Rachel Ebner

Initially Kyla came into my life as Brian's girlfriend but quickly became MY friend. I'm thankful to have someone to help ward off the bullying from the McKellar clan (looking at you Brian) and who can rival me for having the worst shopping addiction. 

Kyla Chipman

Kaitlin's grad school roommate. To sharing tears and glasses of wine during our thesis preparation to weekends avoiding piles of homework and studying - I can confidently say grad school wouldn't have been nearly as fun without Meghon. Just remember, I'll never think of the John Lennon song the same way. Thank you for always finding a reason to celebrate and have fun -  I couldn't imagine my wedding without the life of the party. 

Megan Ahern

Kaitlin's grad school / clinical fellowship  BFF.  When you first meet Rach, you think she would be quiet and introverted when in reality she's the exact opposite. She loves so fiercely and if you're lucky to be let in she treats you as though you are family.  To hanging out a minimum of 4 days a week to making our puppies become best friends (miss you Rex!!),   she is my friend (along with Stef) who made Pittsburgh home.

Hotel

Shuttle will be provided to transport guests between the venue and the hotel (Alloy King of Prussia). Shuttles to the venue will depart from the Alloy at 4:00 and 4:35. Shuttles back to the Alloy will depart every 45min starting at 8:00 - 8:00, 8:45, 9:30, 10:15, 11:00. There is ample parking at the venue if you prefer to drive, especially for guests not staying at the hotel.
