Accomodations:

We have a block of rooms reserved for our guests. Please call the main Lake Lure Inn number to reserve, and mention the Owens Wedding.

Will there be alcohol served?

Beer, wine, and cocktails will be served at the reception from 5-9pm. If you'd like to continue celebrating with us after 9pm, a smaller bar in the venue will remain open as a cash bar!

Are there gluten-free options available?

Yes! We will be making sure that at least one of the side options and both of the protein options are gluten-free. There will be gluten-free cupcakes kept separately for our guests to enjoy.

Is there a dress code?

No. We just ask that you use your best judgement and don't wear white.

Is this a child-friendly wedding?

Unfortunately, no. We love children, but as this is a historic hotel and a small, intimate event, we ask that you do not bring your children with you to celebrate with us.

Can we bring our own alcohol to the event?

No. Alcohol will be served at the event, and due to North Carolina liquor laws, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted. If you'd like to have something in your own rooms, that is perfectly fine!
