There is a QR code provided on your invitation to RSVP! Just hover over the QR code with your camera and click on the link that pops up.

Since the venue is not directly in the city, a shuttle will be provided from the recommended hotels. There will be one pickup time from hotels (2:15PM from Hampton Inn & 2:45PM from Fairfield Inn), and 2 departure times from the venue (8:30PM and 10:30PM). If you will be using the shuttle, please make sure you reflect this in your RSVP. If you choose not to take the shuttle and choose to transport yourself to the venue, we just ask that you are responsible and make sure you get home safe at the end of the night. We DO NOT recommend using ride apps (Uber, Lyft, etc.), as the chance of finding a ride home from the venue at the end of the night is not likely.

The wedding attire is formal, which just means dresses below the knees for the ladies, and dress pants and a button up shirt for the fellas! The NC weather can be unpredictable so be aware of the temperature and prepare to bring a jacket if needed.

Yes! If you choose to carpool and drive yourself to the venue, there is a large gravel parking lot that can easily fit over 200 vehicles. Venue personnel will be there to help coordinate parking.

While we would love to meet your loved ones, if you did not have a plus one of your save the date/invite, we ask that you please do not bring anyone, as we only have room for a certain amount of guests.

While we love your little ones, we have made the decision to have a child-free wedding. Therefore, we ask that you make arrangements to leave your children at home. We understand that this may be an inconvenience to many, but it is what we want for our special day.

There will be an open bar which will provide an assortment of beer, seltzer and wine, as well as two specialty cocktails.

We will have a delicious BBQ buffet provided by North Carolina's famous City Barbecue. There will also be a dessert table with an assortment of all your favorite desserts.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we ask that you contribute to our honeymoon fund (a link is provided on our website and a QR code will be available to our Venmo at the event). A wedding card box will be available at our reception, as well.
