Q + A & General Information

Though we would love to have guests of all ages, we are asking that those under 21, with the exception of our immediate families, please stay home this weekend.

Will we be sleeping in authentic "camp" style cabins?

Short answer, no. Each cabin has 1,2, or 3 private bedrooms for singles, pairs, or groups. Each cabin has common living areas e.g., a porch, living room, and kitchen. All cabins have either 1 or 2 bathrooms for guests.

Can guests stay the whole weekend?

Absolutely! We have reserved the entire property from Friday through Sunday, and encourage guests to spend the entire weekend with us. There are plenty of restaurants in nearby, downtown Hanover to explore if you or your group are not part of the Friday night rehearsal dinner. The wedding party will be available later in the evening Friday, too.

What will cabins be equipped with?

All cabins will have linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, and either a small kitchenette or a full kitchen for guests to use. Firewood for indoor wood burning stoves, and outdoor fire pits will also be provided by the lodge.

How do I pay for my cabin?

Please Venmo Katie or Mike to reserve your cabin.

Is there parking at Loch Lyme Lodge?

Yes! There is enough guest parking to accommodate overnight guests. Those spending the weekend in cabins will park their car at their assigned cabin. Guests who are staying off site, parking is first come first serve, and we + the staff at Loch Lyme Lodge will do our best to accommodate everyone.

Transportation for off-site guests

For those guests not staying on the Loch Lyme property, please ensure you take advantage of rideshare platforms like Uber and Lyft to bring you to and from the property safely.

Who should I contact if I have any issues while on site?

While you're at the lodge, both owners and staff will be available for any issues that may arise. If you are unable to locate one of the Loch Lyme Lodge staff, please contact, Kiley Moran or Kevin McDonagh.
