Please RSVP by Sunday, September 21st, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Both Kaitlin and James will miss having you there! If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.

We are only able to accommodate guests that have been included on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, they should appear under your name when you RSVP. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Kaitlin or James.

The dress code for the wedding is dressy casual, which means jeans are acceptable but t-shirts are not. Women may select a blouse and jeans or a long dress with flats, and men may choose jeans and a button-up shirt.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoor.

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Yes! There will be people directing where to go for parking.

We are planning to have an “unplugged” ceremony, so we ask that everyone have their phones on “do not disturb” or turned off during this time. Our photographers will be there to capture our big day so that everyone can be present during the ceremony. Afterwards, at the reception, you can take as many pictures as you would like, and please feel free to share them with us!
