Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors at Mears Park, which is just outside the venue. The reception will be held indoors.

We have a shuttle service through Minnesota Coaches that will escort guests staying at one of our hotel blocks to and from the wedding venue. Please check the parking and transportation section of this website for a shuttle schedule.

Our venue does not own any of the parking lots. Please check overnight guidelines from the specific lot you choose should you choose to park in one of them.

While we don't expect a gift from you, if you would like to get us a gift, we would really appreciate it if you could mail it to us! Our venue does not have onsite parking, so it will be a bit challenging to bring gifts back to the hotel after the event as we will need to carry them on the shuttle bus with us.

Select beer, wine, and all soda will be hosted during the cocktail hour. All other drinks are cash/credit. After the cocktail hour, all drinks are cash/credit.

Yes! While none of our meal choices on the RSVP are vegan, we've discussed with the venue, and they are willing to prepare a vegan meal for a guest if needed. If you need a vegan meal, please just pick one of the meals, but indicate that you need a vegan meal in the dietary restrictions question. Please feel free to reach out to Kaitlin or Stephen with any concerns on this as well.

Yes. Appetizers (spring rolls and chicken satay (GF/DF)) will be served during cocktail hour. There will also be a late-night snack (pepperoni pizza and chips/salsa/guac) for those staying to dance.
