The ceremony and reception will take place indoors, while the cocktail hour will be outdoors within the courtyard at The American Club.

Transportation will be provided from both The American Club, Inn at Woodlake, and Fairfield Inn hotels to the church, along with back to the American Club for cocktails following the ceremony. Buses will be departing the American Club at 2:15 for the ceremony and departing at 2:30 from the Inn at Woodlake and Fairfield Inn. Following dinner, buses will be running continuously from The American Club to Fairfield Inn until midnight. The American Club has a complimentary shuttle service to any of their locations within the Village of Kohler. Shuttles within the village run on demand, next available, to all Kohler outlets and can be picked up at any location.

While the time between the ceremony and cocktails will be minimal, there is a pub on the first floor of The American Club called The Horse & Plow that is the perfect place to pop in for a pint.
