The ceremony will be held at Firestone Baars Chapel (1306 East Walnut Street), followed by a cocktail hour and reception at Columbia Country Club (2210 Country Club Drive). The venues are located just 1.3 miles apart.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM CST. We kindly ask that you arrive 15–20 minutes early to find your seat.

Yes, both the Firestone Baars Chapel and the Columbia Country Club provide ample parking to accommodate all guests attending the event.

For the Firestone Baars Chapel, there are two parking lots conveniently located near the chapel off Walnut Street. In the photo below, Building 6 marks the chapel's location, while the red and pink rectangles highlight the available parking lots.

We'd love to see our friends and family all dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail or formal attire—think suits and formal cocktail dresses. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing jeans or shorts. All wedding events will be held indoors with plenty of air conditioning, except for those who choose to enjoy cocktail hour on the outdoor pergola at the country club.

We will be serving appetizers and dinner with options to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions. When you RSVP, please let us know about any specific needs so we can plan accordingly.

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. If you have been given the option to bring a guest, your invitation will be addressed to 'Mr./Ms. [Your First and Last Name] and Guest.'

Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate the children listed on the invitation. If your children are invited, the envelope will be addressed to 'The [Your Last Name] Family.' If only you and your significant other are invited, it will be addressed to 'Mr. [First Name] and Mrs. [First Name] [Last Name]' or similar.

We will be having an 'unplugged' ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is your full presence as we exchange our vows. We’ve hired professionals to capture these special moments, so we ask that all cell phones be turned off or silenced during the ceremony. We’d be happy to share photos with you afterward upon request!

During the cocktail hour and reception, however, feel free to take as many pictures as you like!
