For anyone traveling from out of town, rooms will be available at the Aloft Hotel. We only have a few rooms reserved so please RSVP early. In the event the rooms are all taken, there will be other hotel accommodations near the venue.

Parking for the reception is on the 4th & 5th floor. Parking fees will be waived for all guests that will attend the reception. Guests must inform the Aloft staff that they are attending the Barany/Wurtsbaugh wedding and their parking will be waived.

Due to the reception being located at a hotel, no taxi's, limos, or shuttle busses will be provided. Please make sure to book ahead of time.

No outside food or drink is allowed at the reception. All dietary restrictions have been met by the Aloft chef.

For any guest 21+, there will be an open bar available. The bar will be closed after cocktail hour and will open again after dinner. Please help yourself and enjoy the evening, but Kaitlyn and James ask to please drink responsibly.
