WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm, so please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to find seating and get settled. We can't wait to see you!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Dress Code: Formal/Cocktail
We'd love for you to get dressed up with us! We are requesting formal/cocktail attire for this event, so get those suits and long dresses ready to dance the night away! We've listed some options below, but please wear what you are most comfortable in!
Attire Suggestions:
Women: Floor-length dresses, formal cocktail dresses, dressy pantsuits, tea-length dresses, mid-length dresses, knee-length dresses
Men: Suits, sport coats, dress pants, ties (Black-tie/tux optional)
Since the wedding is in February, it may be a little chilly outside so please plan accordingly! While the majority of the evening will take place inside, we will have heaters and a fire pit ready to go to keep everyone nice and warm outside!
WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION BE HELD?
Both the ceremony and the reception are located at Cedar Lodge on Honey Creek in Waverly, GA! The ceremony will take place outside on the marsh lawn (weather permitting), and the reception will be held both inside and outside of the venue.
Cocktail hour will be held immediately following the ceremony! Grab a drink, take some pictures, and mingle with others while we get ready to celebrate with everyone!
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
Yes! There is plenty of parking for everyone at the venue! A parking attendant will also be available to assist if needed.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
While we appreciate you wanting to capture this moment, we politely request for all phones and cameras to be put away during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing every moment of the ceremony, including some images of our guests. We want to see your beautiful faces (not a phone screen) and have you present with us! After the ceremony, feel free to go crazy with the pictures and videos during the reception (and send them to us of course)!
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Yes, we couldn't imagine our special day without them! Their names will be listed on your invitation, so please RSVP with everyone attending.
If you're wanting a night to yourself, that's fine too! We will have an open bar and great music to keep you entertained all night long!
If we missed a kiddo, let us know and we'll be happy to add them to the count if space permits!
HOW WILL DINNER BE SERVED? WHAT KIND OF FOOD CAN I EXPECT?
We are having a buffet style southern dinner with open seating! We will also have a dessert table with various treats!
IS THERE AN OPEN BAR?
Would it be our wedding if there wasn't one!? The bar will open directly after the ceremony and serve beer, wine, signature cocktails, and an assortment of liquors all available to you for the entire night!
HOW DO I RSVP? / WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO RSVP?
You can RSVP for your entire party using the link on your invitation!
In order to finalize counts with our venue and vendors, the absolute last day to RSVP is December 31st. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will sadly have to count you as not attending.

Please keep in mind that we have a lot of common household things already (thank you Daniel for waiting 9 years to propose haha!), so our registry may be quite small. Please consider contributing to our honey fund in lieu of gifts as this will help give us the honeymoon of our dreams!
