The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking, mingling, and grabbing a glass of champagne if desired before finding your seat.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearers. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

We would love if our family and friends could join us in dressing up in all black attire (white shirts for men, colored ties and accessories more than welcome) for the occasion! This event will be fully indoors.

The HarMac has a large parking lot free of charge on the south side of the building.

We are having an "unplugges ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and will share photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Yes; we have booked a shuttle bus that will pick up people from the DoubleTree Hotel at 4:15 pm on Wednesday, December 31st, 2025, and bring them to The HarMac for the ceremony/reception. It will also bring people back to the hotel with pick-up times at The HarMac at 10:15 pm, 11:15 pm, and 12:30 am.
