Just two people who were afraid to talk to each other in High School that God brought together years later. Bubba's side: I first noticed Kaitlyn the first few weeks at SHS and wanted to talk to her but was too scared to get shot down. Fast forward to the summer of 2023 I was working a shift at Lokomotion, that I covered for somebody when I saw her come in. She was with some kids that she was babysitting and when I saw her I had butterflies in my stomach. While she was watching the boys on the Go-karts, I finally got the nerve to go talk to her. After catching up for a bit, she left and I didn't know what would happen next. Later that week, I got a notification that she added me on Snapchat! I sent her a snap and we snapped back and forth for a while and the rest is history. Kaitlyn's side: I knew who Bubba was in High School from mutual friends and from attending every SHS football game my junior and senior year. I thought he was cute but was definitely too scared to say anything. After a failed relationship my senior year and moving away for college, I always wondered what happened to him. I found him one night on Facebook and saw that he was in a relationship, definitely not what I wanted to see. Fast forward to the summer of 2023, I was nannying for two families that summer and I decided to take two of the boys that I was watching to Lokomotion. As soon as we walked in, I saw him at the counter and got immediately nervous. We went on about our business and the boys wanted to ride Go-karts, so off we went and of course you know who was out there. As I was standing there watching the boys, I caught myself watching Bubba too ( I sound like a stalker lol). Not even a minute after this, up walks William James. He says, "You're Kaitlyn right?" In which I replied, "lol yeah." We talked about life, what I was doing there and so on. When I left, I was sad and wanted to talk more, so I did what every girl does... find him on Snapchat! I did a thing, that I never thought I would and added him. Immediately he adds me back and after a few days we were talking non-stop. Now here we are about to be married. The Lord is so good!

Hank and I met at a FCA beach trip and honestly I wasn't a fan because we were competing for the same position for the football team. However, he persisted and we became great buds after that.

Kendall and I were co-teachers our first year of teaching and we became such great friends. We even shared a love of sports together as well.

Baxter and I worked together at Lokomotion and during COVID we grew our friendship by going fishing everyday.

Katie and I met when she joined my bible study in Chi Alpha. She and I hit it off and I watched her grow into an amazing woman of God.

Tanner and I met in High School football but we really got close when he started dating a friend of mine. The friendship grew more as we hung out more and more.

Nala is my sweet sassy niece and I couldn't imagine her not being a part of our special day!

Jordyn is my niece and is "Lillie's' best friend! She definitely has me wrapped around her little finger!
