What is the dress code?
Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire ~ Weddings are a fun opportunity to dress up and look your best. Please wear any color, besides white.
Is this an indoor or outdoor wedding?
The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. The cocktail hour and reception will take place inside.
What will happen if I do not RSVP on time?
Due to the venue having a STRICT deadline, if you do not RSVP by August 10, 2024 then you and your party will automatically be considered a "no". Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any late RSVPs, so please be sure to RSVP before the deadline.
Do I get a "Plus One"?
We have restraints on the number of guests we are allowed to accommodate at our venue. Please be aware that unless you have an "additional guest" included in your RSVP on our website, you will not be able to bring a "plus one". When RSVPing you will see if you have the ability to bring a "plus one".
Are my children invited?
As much as we love your little ones, this is an adult only ceremony and reception.
When does the wedding start and end?
The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm (please arrive earlier to allow time for seating and parking). The ceremony will end at 11:00pm.
Is the recpetion elsewhere?
No, the whole wedding will be held at William Penn Inn.
What are the lodging options?
The hotel and booking information are on the "Hotel Information" portion of the website. Please be aware that the room block is for two nights, this allows time for you to get ready at the hotel prior to the ceremony if you chose to do so.
Should I have a designated driver?
We strongly recommend staying at the hotel for the room block/dates we have chosen. This will allow all to have a worry-free evening. We will provide a shuttle from the hotel, to the venue & from the venue to the hotel! There will be a few departure times throughout the reception if you wish to leave early.
Is there parking availble at the venue?
Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue if you are choosing to drive.
Is there an after party?
Yes! After the reception ends, we will have a after party in a conference room at the Courtyard Philadelphia Montgomeryville (544 Dekalb Pike North Wales, Pennsylvania 19454). Drinks/Snacks will be provided so we can party on!
