Music starts at 3:00pm, and the ceremony begins at 3:30pm. Please arrive on the early side.

The ceremony will take place outdoors in an open environment. Reception will take place indoors with air conditioning.

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. and Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

The attire is semi-formal.

In order to get a proper head count for all of our vendors, kindly RSVP by June 1st, 2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.

We ask that you please silence and put away cell phones/cameras during the ceremony, and please no photos! We will have a wonderful photographer to capture our special day! We would like for our guests to be present in the moment while we say "I do".

Due to many events in the Mansfield area the same weekend we have struggled to find a hotel with enough rooms for a block. There are still rooms available at several hotels local, but you will have to book on your own.

There are multiple parking lots in the area. The biggest lot is directly behind the venue. There is also some street parking and public parking beside Mi Cerrito Mexican Restaurant and the Depot Deli.

Food will be BBQ style including brisket, pork loin, potatoes, green beans, and salad.
