Important Wedding Day Information

The Fun Begins  –  9:00am

Transportation to the Wedding Charter bus will be leaving the Hampton Inn at 9:20pm. Please be in the lobby and ready to load your baggage at 9am. Hotel guests can enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast items and hot coffee.

No Luggage Storage Available Staterooms will not be ready until after the reception (1:30pm). We recommend that you are Wedding ready when boarding the charter bus and that you check your luggage with the porters when we arrive. You will have to carry around anything you do not luggage check with the porters.

Elevators are limited! There will be some free time to roam the boat while the bride &amp; groom get ready for the ceremony. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the ceremony. Elevators are very busy with everyone arriving, and some elevator banks are not available during embarkation (they are only available to service staff). It can sometimes take up to 20-30 minutes to get from one place to another during embarkation. We suggest socializing on Deck 5. It is close to the ceremony and there is a lot of seating available. Don't be overly tempted to eat &amp; drink your time away. There will be yummy food and an open bar at the wedding reception.

Wedding Ceremony  –  12:30pm

The ceremony will be in the Green Conference Room (Deck 4) and begin promptly at 12:30pm. Please begin finding your seats at 12:15pm.

Wedding Reception  –  1:00pm

The reception will follow in the White Heat Night Club immediately following the ceremony. The reception will conclude at 2pm and we will have to say good-bye to our non-sailing guests (Non sailing guests must debark by 2:30pm).

Dinner Celebration  –  8:15pm

Photo Ops in Kaleidoscope Alley (Deck 5)Carnival has a many fun backdrops along Kaleidoscope Alley where their photographers are ready to take photos. The Bride &amp; Groom will remain in their wedding attire and be available for photos before dinner. Platinum Restaurant Dining @ 8:15pmAttire is cruise casual. While the Bride &amp; Groom will be in thier wedding attire, please join us for dinner however you feel most comfortable.

WEDDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION TO THE SHIP

There will be transportation provided to the Carnival Glory from the Hampton Inn &amp; Suites Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. Bus departs at 9:20am. Meet in the lobby of the hotel at 9:15am. **The wedding party and all guests must check in together to guarantee you will be on the ship in time for the wedding. If you arrange your own transportation to the ship, please meet us at the cruise terminal by 9:45am.
