Once we send our formal invitations, we ask that you RSVP by September 29th. You must by this date due to our venue and vendors needing our finalized count by this date. Thank you!

If you are given a plus one, it will be on your invitation. Otherwise, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We ask that you respect this. Thank you for understanding!

We love your kiddos dearly, however; This is an adult only event (other than those in the wedding party) We encourage you to use this night as a night off!

Semi formal attire

We hope to have a short ceremony outdoors (weather permitting) with some heat lamps if needed. If weather is too chilly that day both will be held indoors! Please dress accordingly with a coat or cover up in case ceremony is outdoors.

If you need a room the night of the wedding, we’ve listed the hotels that are nearby. We have some rooms blocked off at Holiday inn. Or you can do the Super 8! For Holiday Inn you can say you’re with the West wedding!

You can contact the bride or groom before the wedding with any additional questions; However, the night before and day of wedding ask you don’t contact the bride or groom but rather someone with the wedding party! Thank you for understanding.

Please arrive no later than 4:50 due to the ceremony beginning at 5 pm

We will conclude all festivities by 10:45 pm.
