We have a deadline to let our venue know the exact number of guests, so we kindly ask you to RSVP via mail by June 1st, 2025.

If your invitation includes the names of your children or is addressed to you and your family, your children are welcome! At the venue, each table setting requires a name tag with food choice on it. The venue needs to know the number of people who are coming.

While we wish we could accommodate everyone, our venue has a cap on the number of guests we can have. Your invitation will indicate if you may bring a plus one.

Yes, DJ Party Bus is available from 7 pm until midnight. The bus will be at Crow River Golf Club and go to the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites, the AmericInn, and the Days Inn in Hutchinson.
