We love your kids! With that being said, there is the strong possibility of mature music and language at this event. We kindly ask that children under the age of 10, that are outside of our immediate families, not be brought. Thank you for your understanding and compliance.

Our venue is indoor! The theme is cocktail, semi-formal attire. Men should wear suits, or formal slacks with a button down. Women should wear formal dresses, pantsuits, or slacks.

We will have Chickfila catering. Guests should expect: chicken, mac & cheese, salad, fruit, and chips. It is not an issue if a guest needs to bring their own food. Please just let us know, so we can help you keep it cold or warm!

We are so glad that everyone wants to share our special day! Please refrain from taking any ceremony photos. Our photographer will be working very hard, and we would like to be the first ones to share those special moments. Please use our wedding hashtag! #wedthewilliams

You are welcome to rsvp by our website, a note, and text. We ask that guests rsvp by September 1.

There are 50 free parking spots on the venue, and free overflow parking.

The doors will be opened an hour before the ceremony starting time. Guests should plan to be at the venue 30-45 minutes early for seating.

We ask that guests leave the first rows open for our families. Other than that, there will not be assigned seats for the ceremony or reception.

We ask that guests plan to leave the venue at 10 pm, so that we can start the cleaning process.
