Yes, a passport is required to attend our wedding. If you do not have one, it is estimated that the time to complete the process can take up to 3 months. Passport applications should be started no later than September 2024.

To be safe, make sure your passport expires AFTER May 2025. The 6-month passport rule states that your passport must be valid for another 6 months before you depart for international travel.

The travel dates available for our room block are from January 8, 2025 through January 12, 2025. The wedding will take place on January 10, 2025. The resort requires a minimum 3 night stay for each guest. If an extended stay is requested outside of the room block dates, our travel agent Ulises will be more than happy to assist. Room rates are subject to change if outside of the room block. Please contact Katie for additional information.

If you are attending our wedding, it is required that you RSVP by September 1, 2024 and book your stay by September 15, 2024. If you fail to do so before those dates, we will have to assume you have declined, and will not be attending our wedding.

There are a variation of room and suite categories within our room block. The resort is all-inclusive. The prices range from $201-$245 per adult, per night depending on which room you choose to reserve. If a child is specified on your invitation, the cost is free for ages 0-2. The price ranges for children ages 3-12 are $100-$123 per child, per night depending on which room you reserve. Each room categories pricing can be found on the "Book Your Stay" tab.

If the children's names weren't specifically mentioned on the invitation or when RSVPing, then it's likely they aren't included in the invitation. This helps ensure the event is just as the host planned. We hope you can understand. Please reach out to Steven or Katie if you have any questions regarding who is included in your invite.

The deposit due at the time of booking is $150 per room. 50% of your trips total will be due September 15, 2024. The remaining balance of the total will be due October 15, 2024.

Please kindly note that the $150 deposit for your room is non-refundable. From September 15, 2024 to October 15, 2024, first and second deposit fees are non-refundable. There are also penalties for reducing the number of nights or people in the room. From October 15, 2024 to your travel date, any room cancelation will result in a 100% penalty per room.

Since all of our guests are coming from different areas, flights will be required to be booked individually after confirming your travel dates. After everyone arrives in Mexico, our travel agency will be happy to assist with airport transportation. Each guest is required to book their own flight to and from Mexico.

Due to the proximity of the resort, it would be best to fly into Cancun International Airport.

The resort is approximately 20 miles from the Cancun International Airport. This is estimated to be about a 25 minute drive for guests. This is the only airport that we will be able to offer transportation for.

Each room can have a maximum of 3 adults. If a child is staying in your room, you can have a maximum of 4 occupants (3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults, 2 children). A child is considered ages 0 through 12. Ages 13 and up are considered adults when booking. Please visit the "Book Your Stay" tab for further information & pricing options.

Yes, the resort is all-inclusive. Within the cost of your stay per night, unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcholic), activities and entertainment are included in the booking price of the resort – without any surprise costs.

All guests must book their stay before September 15, 2024. A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold the room.

The actual wedding will be taking place 10 minutes from our resort at an ocean front villa. Group transportation will be provided to and from for all guests attending our wedding. Transportation is at no additional costs to our guests.

The villa is a luxury, beach front property. For women, floor length gowns are preferred. For men, formal suits, black tie optional. Dress shoes are required. Absolutely no jeans, flip flops, or Hawaiian themed shirts will be permitted. This event is formal and we expect our guests to be their best dressed!

The dress code for the wedding party on January 9, 2025, is formal, WHITE ONLY. Guests are expected to follow a white/ cream color palette for this event. Men will be permitted to wear tan or light khaki colored pants. No jeans allowed. Any guests who fails to follow the dress code will not be permitted entry into our welcome party.

Unless specified on your invitation, a plus one will not be permitted. We do not have the capacity within our room block at the resort to accommodate additional guests who were not included in the original headcount.
