Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors in the garden (on grass). The cocktail hour and reception will be outdoors on the pad. Weather in Winters in October varies, but we expect sunny skies and temperatures between 50-80 degrees Fahrenheit, getting colder as the night goes on.

Between 15 - 30 minutes before the ceremony starts at 4:00 PM.

Park Winters onsite event barn will host our revelries.

We need you to RSVP to two things: the wedding day, and the welcome party. The wedding day RSVP and Welcome Party invite are included with your invitation (mailed in June). If you intend to attend the Welcome Party on Thursday, October 23rd, please email bartedises@gmail.com no later than August 15th.

Please respond before August 15th for both the wedding ceremony and the Welcome Party.

We are fortunate to have many of the household items we need. If you'd like to give a gift, we have a registry on this website (tab at top). However, please do not feel obligated. Your company on our special day is what we truly value.

The Accommodations & Travel does suggest a number of potential hotels, but we have not reserved any hotel blocks.

Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is the closest, but San Francisco International (SFO) or Oakland International (OAK) are also workable for long-distance travelers.

Yes, Park Winters has a free parking lot with plenty of capacity.

There will not be a shuttle or bus to or from the wedding site. Note that because of the remote location, ride-sharing apps may be slow to respond or unavailable! If possible, we encourage you to car-pool with other guests.

Park Winters will be serving a buffet spread of prepared local ingredients. More details forthcoming as we get closer to the wedding.

We will have a small selection of wine, beer, and liquors available during cocktail hour and the reception.

While we love your children, we are having an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

If you have an invitation that reads 'and guest,' please bring your plus-one. Make sure to write your name and your guest's name on the RSVP card.
