Neither Kaitlyn nor Levi ever thought that they would find their person on a dating app, they both thought they would meet someone the cute, traditional way. Maybe at church, or something like a Hallmark movie. But on May 6, 2022, Kaitlyn and Levi matched on the dating app “Hinge.” They clicked immediately and were eager to meet, but Levi’s dad, Joel, was skeptical that Levi would get catfished. So a few nights before they met in person, Kaitlyn and Levi ended up facetiming for 2.5 hours! They went on to have their first date a few days later in Excelsior, which ended up being 10 hours long!!! Within the first hour of meeting, they shared their testimonies with one another. Levi only had about 3 hours worth of activities planned, but they didn’t want to leave, so they found more things to do. They started dating a few months later, and then Levi proposed to Kaitlyn in Excelsior on December 23, 2023, right where they shared their testimonies with each other all that time before.
